Virtual consultations allow you to consult with one of our specialist physicians from home for suitable medical concerns and follow-ups.

What platform is used? We use Google Meet or WhatsApp video conferencing

What do I need? Smartphone or laptop/ computer, stable internet, quiet room and your ID on hand (audio and video must be on and working)

Can you issue scripts / referrals / sick notes? Yes, but only only if/when clinically appropriate. An in-person visit might be required depending on context

Telehealth guidance (HPCSA):
Virtual consultations are conducted in accordance with applicable professional and ethical guidelines. The clinician may determine that an in-person assessment is required
